Yates talks about the possibility of Russia annexing a part of Ukraine as a first move - actually making it Europe’s problem, not a US problem. Remember, the US has given billions in materials and aid to Ukraine, and the US has promised even more money, in the form of a loan if things really pop off with Russia. It's time for Europe to step up as this is literally their back yard.
