A shooting incident occurred at the 36th Street subway station in New York on April 12th,10 people were shot & 29 were injured. Thirty hours later, Frank Robert James, was arrested in New York's East Village. An hour later, an indictment was released.

Attorney Michael Sussmann, the former lawyer who represented Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign is set to go on trial for lying to the FBI.

The Texas governor kept his word, and sent illegal immigrants to DC on a bus. On April 13th, the first bus loaded with dozens of illegal immigrants arrived in Washington, D.C.
